We're confident you'll love your Tomi Wallet. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it to your package. No need to pay for return shipping—we've got you covered.
Package your wallet securely and drop it off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Once we receive your return (typically 5-7 business days), we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Currently, we offer the Tomi Wallet in Walnut Wood only. If you received a damaged or defective wallet, we'll send you a replacement at no charge.
If your wallet arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement right away and cover all shipping costs.
